Had a very good experience buying a TV & sound system from Ozzie. He answered our questions, asked a few of his own and gave us the system he thought would work best for us, even though it wasn't the most expensive. Will definitely shop here again.

Best buy online app. Is horrible... I'm so pissed... Order an item on Sunday.. Here it is Thursday... Now they're saying item out of stock.. But delivery date is tomorrow.. Thanks for the stress.. Now i have to explain... Xmas.. Smh😡

Very difficult to get help here. After we waited for help to make a purchase we were sent to customer service to wait again for a simple question to be answered. It would be nice to have more choices when needing to purchase electronic goods.

My brother and I walked in for just a phone. We already knew the type of phone and where it was. After entering smart phone department we waited for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged us so we walked around while things maybe got slower. After we came back we waited for another 20 minutes before being told we needed to sing in! And then we had to wait another 20 minutes before we got help again. I will most likely not return.
