LOVE WHAT THEY DO! Every time I go in there, I have fun with everyone around me! Kenny did a "check up" on my classical guitar, and whenever I initially played it I heard only a bit of a difference. Once I was in my flow state, however, I realized I never played my own guitar that well...ever. I fell in love with it all over again. The strings were well-placed, silky (still a mystery), and the entire sound was fuller than before. Carol always treats me well and laughs often, Pat does a great job showing me new riffs and sharing musical ideas with me. All in all, Guitar Center Mesquite needs to keep up their great work and representing the Guitar Center community! Can't wait to go back!

I visited this store looking for new equipment and was not impressed. I had picked out a keyboard I wanted and when I asked an associate to retrieve one, he said they were out of stock. I thought, no big deal.. Kept looking around and found some headphones I wanted.. When I asked the guy to get his keys to get the headphones out, he said they were out. I asked the same guy a few minutes later, "do you have any auxillary splitters" and he didn't even know what I was talking about. They ended up having those so I got that and a couple small things that I needed because I was already there but I won't go back.

Kenny in repairs is awesome. I don't buy much from Guitar Center, I'm left handed and they rarely carry lefty guitars. I do use their repair service often and I can tell you that Kenny is an amazing guitar tech. He can fix anything, he's quick, he's got decades of experience.

Not one person even acknoledged my presence. I walked around and priced everything that i was interested in purchasing which added up to around $600 . No sale! Everyone was too busy to help the customer I am planning on going back, I hope this gives me the opprotunity to talk about my next visit.

I like this store. I was planning on leaving with a guitar, but didn't find any i liked. This store is great though. Great staff.
