I went to see the Geek Squad for help with my lap top. My wifi adapter wasn't working and there were software problems. The "help" I got was not a diagnosis of the problems and an estimate of the cost, but rather a choice of expensive one-, two-, or three-year service plans. Best Buy doesn't have a service department; they have a service plan sales department. I went online and found a local computer repair shop that quickly found the problems and repaired my lap top for a very reasonable price. Don't go to the Geek Squad to get your computer repaired.

The movie section sucks!!!  Bad!!!  I used to buy a lot of movies here.  But won't be any more.  Since the remodel you can't find anything. Selection sinks and the organization is non existent.  It's not alphabetized and they have like 10 sections.  DVD with blu ray with 4k.  Looked like Amazon is my new go to.

I can't give ZERO STARS because Yelp doesn't have a worse rating. I CANNOT GET A HUMAN BEING ON THE PHONE. NO way to ask even if they have an item in stock. The web site is a major pain in the rear as well. 

I finally got a human on the line and she was answering phones from 60 miles away for the local store. THERE IS NO DIRECT LINE!

If this is the way they treat people who actually WANT to go spend money there, I will take my money ELSEWHERE. 

Never again, Best Buy.... Never again!

Store is clean, well organized and staff is always friendly and helpful. Large variety of products to meet your electronic needs. Finance and payment options are also available.

They're way better than nothing I'll give you that for sure for the most part they're doing a pretty good job and I would say most of the employees are trying to do their best they have cut back on employees over the last couple of years and I think maybe the ones they have left for the better one so I'm going to give him a five star for making that effort
