I went to Best Buy to pick up my computer and waited in line for 15 mins just to check into my appointment without anyone acknowledging me. When it was my turn, I told the employees I was here for my appointment to pick up my computer. The man at the register told me I would have to wait but instead of saying, thank you so much for waiting, it may be a few mins, another guy continued to explain there was a new SOP in place and that I'd have to wait. It's comments like that that make me not want to shop at Best Buy again. Customer Service Geek Squad is awful. At least the guy who I made the appointment with was very nice.

I went inside this Best buy on 9/28/17. I was excited about the new Super Nintendo classic edition the man at the front had a beard and glasses. He answered that it would be at the store the next day and all I had to do was show up. After volunteering and school I dropped by this store and started looking for the Classic Edition. I asked a man and he smiled at me and told me they were sold out. I then said I had been inside the previous day and no one said anything to me about a raffle drawing for the limited amount of consoles. I will never shop here again I could have been there at 9 am but I was given bad advice from the person at the front of the store who is suppose to know. Will never shop here again.

You've been to one Best Buy,  you've seen them all. The TV guy there was super helpful in my purchase of a big, big screen TV. They price match with the Internet as well-no gripes. Recommended. More recently, they were very helpful with open box specials; in my case Sonos. I got a great deal, $100 off on a Sonos Play5. Sweet!
