Spoke with Rodney about a week ago about how to file a claim with my insurance for a phone with a software malfunction. He either lied about the process or is just incompetent, I have been without a phone for more than a week and Sprint keeps trying to have me "upgrade" despite the fact that I paid for insurance for 18 months to cover this problem. Don't buy the insurance, it's through a third party and a scam. Actually just don't buy sprint.

Let's face it. It's hard to love your wireless carrier. I've been a Sprint customer for more than 10 years.  What's the secret?  I don't call Customer Care. I go to this store when I have an issue or want to upgrade. They always do a stellar job. they're knowledgeable. patient, and thorough.  The current store manager rocks.

A well trained and friendly staff. They were able to get me in and out with the phone I wanted very quickly and easily. If only all cell phone stores operated  like this !

The wait time at the store was significant, which I have come to expect. Sadly after the long wait, I was not successful in completing what I needed. This is due to policy changes by Sprint which do not demonstrate a desire to retain long term customers.
