Most employees are helpful. I use the Home Depot app to find things faster in the store. There are a few employees (one is named Tinh) that know the store like the back of their hand and actually can give how-to tips.

This place is not safe. Everyday, illegal laborers approach your car and attempt to get in it. I can’t tell if they want work or want to car jack me. They stand in the street and won’t let you pass unless you firmly assert yourself with petal on foot. I have also been approached by homeless people in the parking lot. They are not afraid to get close enough to jump in your car, or potentially rob you. I would go somewhere else. It is not safe here!

I went in for lightbulbs on Saturday and I’ll admit I was just totally lost. I literally was just starring at all the different choices for 10 minutes. I wanted to switch to LEDs but couldn’t decide on which ones and how many lumens. An employee, his name was Taylor, approached me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and this dude literally broke down the science of lightbulbs and LEDs for me. He really knew his stuff! I talked with him for at least 10 minutes and in the end I was able to make a confident and informed decision. He was right on point too, the amount of light in my living room is perfect! Way better than before I went in. Just wanted to share my experience! Thanks Taylor!

**This should be zero stars** If you are considering purchasing appliances from here, I suggest you don’t waste your time and run far away. You will be in for the most frustrating experience. We purchased a washer and dryer from Home Depot and I will NEVER come back here again. Delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, January 9th. My husband rearranged his schedule to be home. We got a call the night before confirming the appointment between 8A-12P. The next morning at 10:30A we get a call that the delivery has been cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday. My husband couldn’t be home that day, so I had to stay home from work to be there for delivery. Thursday arrives, and the delivery guys show up and refuse to deliver the appliances to our home stating that they couldn’t come down the driveway. I found this to be unbelievable considering we used a giant moving truck to move into the house in August. At this point the contracted delivery company tells me that this is now my problem and they will deliver the appliances to Home Depot and I can will call them and install them myself. I’m told to contact Home Depot for those arrangements. I call Home Depot to figure out what can be done but no ones seems to be able to answer my questions on what to do next. Between my husband and I we made six calls and each time being told the person we need to talk to is not there and they will call us back. NOT ONE person returned our calls. Monday, January 15th we went into the store since phone calls were going nowhere. The employee in the appliance section gave us the same round about answers we’ve gotten before and said delivery could be rescheduled but there is a chance the drivers could refuse to deliver the appliance. At this point we were not going to waste another day for the same outcome. We’ve requested a refund but it could take up to 10 days because the appliances have to be sent back to Samsung. I’m completely blown away at the incompetence and lack of customer service and will do everything in my power to never come here again. After leaving Home Depot we went to a local appliance store to purchase the washer and dryer. We were met by a very knowledgeable person that helped make a purchase and delivery happened that day with no problems. Oh, and the best part…these appliances are a better brand, 5 year warranty included at no cost and CHEAPER.

Long story short: When you call them to schedule something, they will say OK, drop the line, then do nothing about it. My timeline: I am fixing dishwasher of my rental property, which has a lease starting on 2/1. 1/20 I placed a dishwasher order in store. 1/24 Dishwasher was delivered, and need me re-schedule a future installation. 1/27 I called the installation contractor company, they said they had availability on 1/31 but needed authorization from homedepot. So I called Issaquah homedepot afterwards, and the lady in the phone said they will do it. 1/31 I did not go to work but wait in home for the delivery. 11am there was still no calls coming in, so I called the contractor company, and they said they never get authorization from homedepot. Then I called homedepot Issaquah, it was so hard to speak to them since it seemed like there were 1000000 customers in store and the clerk was too busy to focus on my case. I then drove to the homedepot in person, after speaking to 4 different clerks I finally got a man working with me. He told me there was no record nor notes for my call on 1/27, which means I called a ghost store and my request was just simply ignored. What even more ridiculous was the guys at homedepot Issaquah acted like there was nothing wrong on their end. They showed no apologies, pretty impatient of my constant questions. They never said any 'sorry' or 'apologize', until I asked them explicitly would they give me any apologies. My loss: 1) Homedepot Issaquah ruined my entire day. 2) I have to take additional 4 hours off on Friday 2/2 to install the dishwasher. 3) I cannot start the lease 2/1 so I lost the rent of 2/1 and 2/2, for about $160. All in all, people working here are disrespectful, amateur, impatient. I suggest anyone to avoid purchasing large items here, until they have super competitive price.
