Tried Geek Squad.  Was not terribly impressed.  If you have a friend/family fluent in computers use them as a resource/aid instead.  It would be cheaper. 

I requested a simple fix and was told that it was cheaper to have a one year subscription than to have them fix it once.  

It was less than impressive when I found out a quarter of employees just googled every thing.  If it wasn't for the swap from Vista to Windows 10.1 I would have been able to fix it my self.  Windows reorganized every thing so much it's literally a new operating system to relearn.

Went to cartoys, won't go there again, great service here even save money, about 60 bucks,very helpful customer service.will send others .
