As per usual, any time I have questions, need clarification, or assistance with my service, I went to this location. My service has always been great here, and today was by no means any exception. Generally I am lucky enough to see the same sales rep, Laura, who understands thoroughly and somehow remembers my technology literacy (or illiteracy), however today was a different. She was not there, which didn't really give me any consumer anxiety, however I feared I'd run into someone vastly less patient than her, thankfully that was Absolutely not the case! I had the great pleasure of being served quickly, patiently and thoroughly by an associate I'd never had the privilege to meet before; James. I went in just after peak hours so understandably there was less pressure on the floor, but he was able to thoroughly assist me with my service needs,  help me catch me up to current technology, as well as answer questions about AT&T completely unrelated to selling me further services! A little patience goes a long way as there are now well over 2 million people living in King County, I'd Highly advise going to this store for any and all of your cellular needs!

Went into the the Issaquah store to convert 5 lines from TMobile to AT&T and take advantage of the buy one, get one free iPhone 8 promo.  While this process can take some time, my store rep James was thorough, courteous and professional throughout the transaction.  Very pleased with the service and the upgraded coverage (sorry TMobile, but you are spotty).

My wife and I went to the Issaqiah store this morning with the intent to buy two Samsung phones.  We were checked in and told we were next.  Shortly thereafter a young lady came in and attracted the attention of a cleck who appeared to be free.   They began a conversation about her phone.  There didn't seem to be any desire to serve us, so we left.  
I am going to  the Verizon store shortly and if successful there in buying two Samsung phones, will leave AT&T after 15 years.  Adios
