Excellent service with frendly and helpful staff. Best of all, they have the biggest selection at the lowest prices. I bought my last 3 TVs there and each one was larger than the previous one and cost less. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would like you to pass on that I went into the Lynnwood store and had a great experience.  I was having an issue with the Boston Acoustic speakers.  I went back and (I wish I could remember the guys name, it might have been the manager………maybe) there was a no nonsense, excellent service experience.  I wanted to say how awesome they treated me and helped me out.  I’m sure they could have said, so sorry we can’t help you, but they did and I appreciate it.  Wanted to let you know what a great job they did.  Thanks very much, Michael G

Just picked up a tv here yesterday.  The TV I was looking for, they said they only had the one display model left.  This gave me something to think about, as I normally don't trust display models as I don't know how long they've been in use, and for the cost of a TV, left me skeptical.  The salesman ended up going to talk to his manager and came back saying they could provide a 5 year warranty at no extra cost.  This helped to set my mind at ease, and after thinking it over a little more, I figured why not.  The salesman had also assured me that this unit had only been on demo for no more than 2.5 months and stated this twice, even coming back to swear they had sold out and sold the previous demo and put a new one up within that time.  This is where the 2 star review comes from.  After getting it home and hooking it up, ended up going through the tv menu and found a nice little bit of info called "Total Power On Time".  The tv has had a total power on time of 2690 hours.  That equates to 112 days straight of being powered on.  Even a factory burn-in period wouldn't put that much power on time on the unit.  The fact the unit has been on a long time isn't the reason the review is so low, the fact that I feel as though I have been lied to is.  While adding the 5 year warranty was not necessary on their part, it feels like a dirty coverup.  I've bought many TVs here in the past and feeling as though I was directly lied to, I'm not sure if I will be back.

This location has knowledgeable & helpful staff.  Do some research before or after going in prior to purchase.
