I took my phone in for an estimate on how much it would be to replace a cracked screen. The estimate was quick and i was encouraged to put down a deposit for parts I did not do that and instead came back several days later to order them. It took longer than it was supposed to to get the parts in and communication was poor throughout the process. Once the parts were in my phone was repaired quickly and for the price they said it would be. When I started having issues with that new screen CPR went above and beyond to make it right. I had some issues with the replacement device they got me and went to Sprint for help. Sprint could not activate the phone on their Network. I went back to CPR very frustrated. The next day the owner called me and helped me to get my problem corrected. It turns out Sprint dropped the ball and did not add my phone to my account. The owner was kind enough to chat with Sprint with me to get this taken care of. He took what had been a very frustrating situation overall and made my day better. I believe that they did as much as they could to take care of me as a customer.

Completely fixed my 6s plus display that was being unresponsive to touch. Only problem was having to leave phone with them for certain period of time, in my case an overnight

This place is awesome, I don't have much to say but there prices are reasonable and lower than many other places and they do great work! The people I met who work there are very personable and nice and they'll get your phone fixed as quick as possible. Will definitely go back if I ever need too. Make sure to call in and or go in though to get your part ordered ahead of time.

Poor lobor on ipads so if they break your screen while they work on  it  they wont cover there mistake..
