The only place to upgrade phones with all the big carriers. Great selection of phones too. I use sprint and had outstanding service at Best Buy.  I tried a galaxy but had issues of dropping calls. They were able to switch and get me an iPhone in no time. When it is upgrade time they will see me again. Very knowledgeable staff

I purchased a smart phone from Best Buy and received excellent customer service.  I had to wait about 45 minutes, which was not a problem.  They were getting swamped with customers in the cell phone department and each representative in the cell phone department continued to work patiently and professionally!  When it was my turn, the employee who waited on me was very knowledgeable and made my transaction as smooth as possible.  My experience was great!

All my experiences have been good. They have lots to choose from and knowledge people to help. They do their best to make sure you are happy. They have a pretty good return policy. They have most of what the Apple store has as well as tons of the latest electronics. It my first stop when looking for electronics.

Nice selection of electronics of all types and the displays that they have set up are really nice, the cost of certain items seem pretty steep but it's a better selection than what you would see anywhere else.
The staff are always eager to make a sale so I'm not sure if they get commissioned or bonuses.

This store in particular has always been excellent for pretty much anything electronic. Their cell phone reps are great, the car audio techs are best in their field, as are the home theater folks. Whatever you want, they can figure it out.
