If I could I would rate them 0 stars. When I walked in I was lost to where I was going. I gentleman yelled can I help you, at me. Told him I was looking for a laptop battery. His reply was “Tough, we’re out. Go to Geek squad and see if they can help.” I walked over there and the lady was also rude. She didn’t offer assistance just told me she couldn’t get my battery. Overall dissatisfied with the service of the store so probably won’t be returning.

I came in last night to update my phone to an iPhone 8. I had just come from att because they told me it would take too long to transfer all of my photos and contacts from my old phone (they told me hour an a half), they just didn’t seem interested in helping me. When I came to Best Buy I was greeted right away and set up with a worker to get upgraded. I can’t remember his name but he wore matte black ray ban glasses and he was truly great! He was very patient and answered all of my questions AND he was able to transfer all of my photos and contacts within 10 minutes. I wish I remembered his name so he could get the recognition he deserves. But I will definitely be coming to Best Buy in the future to upgrade my phones!

I am their Geek Squad customer since 2014. And it was not until this evening when I was told their service does not include pure inspection for computers. A guy at service center says that they have to sent it somewhere else for inspection with a charge of 50+ Bucks. This was not how things works. Inspection is free with Geek Squad service and it is repair with hardware change that requires higher service or extra charge. I know the guy want me to update to a more expensive service. NO. I am cancelling the geek squad service tomorrow. One star for being their customer 2013-2017.

Went to Best Buy about 20 minutes ago. 7 employees stood around the phones/tablets talking and laughing to each other casually. I counted. There were 7. I walked around with an older lady for about 10 minutes trying to figure out their displays until I ended up standing outside of 2 of the employees conversation waiting for them to stop so I could ask a question. They didn’t. So I tried to say excuse me 3 times. They continued to have their obviously social conversation. One of the older employees rolled their eyes at them but yet didn’t come help us. Finally I asked twice where the tablets were only to be told they were remodeling and nobody knows when when they’ll be back. Maybe a few weeks.

Worst customer service ever! My husband and I just purchased 2 iPads and 2 pair of beats by Dre this Christmas and the staff at this store was extremely rude and very unfriendly! Not to mention, not helpful in any way at all. We had to come back three different times and still never got anyone to help and they weren’t very busy at the time, they had plenty of staff their to help customers. We finally made our decisions ourselves. When trying to check out the person just seemed irritated that we asked to purchase our items. This store is the worst. I had also recently purchased a MacBook and had the same experience! Very disappointing, especially when you are spending that kind of money. I doubt I will be back.
