Been trying to call for over an hour. No one has answered once. How can a business expect customers if they can't answer the phone to say if they have a product someone is looking for? They need a better answering system than letting the phone ring for over an hour. That's not customer service that's just pathetic. I will not be driving out of my way just to see if they have something. If someone would have answered my call and confirmed they had it I would have gone immediately. But instead I called another store and they answered immediately. So I drove there and purchased my item from them. They lost a customer due to poor Customer service. Someone really needs to teach them how to answer a phone. Who knows how many customers they have lost because of this.

I am from another town and was having issues with the website trying to put in an online order for a Christmas gift that isn’t sold at Best Buy in my area so that a friend could pick it up when he came to visit. I called into the store twice and spoke to Jerome both times, and he told me that there was no way I was having that problem and the the website definitely asked us multiple times if we wanted to add another person for pickup. The page we were on said something along the lines of ‘Heads up! The person who picks up the order must have an id with an address that matches the billing address and the card.’ Definitely a terrible experience and glad Jerome is not at my home store.

I like this Best Buy. They still have a decent sized selection of disc entertainment unlike some of their other stores. That is my primary reason for regular visits to Best Buy, the entertainment. The devices bring me hete when I need them, but the regular visits are for the physical entertainment product as I refuse to put money into virtual products.

We had to flag down an associate for help but once we found one, he was very helpful.
