Spoke to Ben today about a TV wall mount.
He was not only extremely helpful,  he offered to put my name on the product so i could come by to take  a look at it in order to make a purchase decision. 
Now that is great customer service.

I first called the store sat on hold for 15 minutes they were having a big sale so I just drove down there and after stepping inside or still not help until after I went to the desk and ask for a manager at that point the manager handed me off to as he said their best sales associate and I was okay with that and though some of the discounts and that I was told would apply we're not given so I left and purchase my product elsewhere

not a fan, especially of delivery personal that cannot read directions. Never call before they are coming, or decided to cancel and dont let you know until the end of the day after you have been waiting all day for them

In store service was great . Third party delivery system not so great. Thanks to Mike and Greg for working my situation out!.
