Awful. All the managers are pricks and b****s. Racheal and Morgan could careless about their job and their customers. The employees talk way too loud and from what I overheard the customer service girls say, I think those two managers take too many smoke breaks, that's why it takes them so long to respond to a situation. I also overheard the girls say that Morgan is having an affair with Jon and that's how she got promoted. IF I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG then I probably wouldn't of heard the latest news in the store. I have came into that store way too many times and have gotten disappointed every time. Is there even a GM of this location?!? Come on now! He's probably as pathetic as the supervisors! Get a grip!

Very good shopping experience. Salesman had us scanned and bagged; ready to checkout when we arrived at checkout desk. Highly recommend.

Staff is so rude and unprofessional. They can never answer the phone. I drove from Tuscaloosa to here to pick up an order. I called before hand to make sure they had the item in stock and they did. I made the order online to pick up and I get there and they said that they didn't have it ready for me. I told them that I was told it would be ready by time I got there and they had no response. So they told me to go to the back of the store and find the speaker I ordered and they would cancel my order online and allow me to purchase this one to buy. They told me that they would tell someone to meet me back there to assist me. Well I waited for about 15-20 minutes and no one ever came back there. I asked 2 different salespeople and finally someone showed up. I got my speaker and paid for it then left. The manager was at the front and asked me how it went. I told him terrible and frustrating. He asked why and I told him everything that happened and the only thing he could respond with was "sorry ma'am. We just opened so we aren't fully prepared." I told him, "when a store opens then it need to be prepared and ready to go for anything. Thanks anyways though. I won't be back." I grabbed my items and left. I will contacting corporate tomorrow.

Very knowledgeable employees as you would expect and a decent selection. The sales representative Drew was extremely kind and helpful during discussion of the Sony TV's and during purchase. He knew everything about their selection. If you know exactly what you want check the website to see if a bham store has it in stock before going.

I have had mixed experiences with this Best Buy. Some of the workers there dont have a clue and others are good and know what they are talking about. I guess it depends on who you get.
