Wonderful experience! Our sales lady was very kind and knowledgeable and thorough.  Was helping a friend of mine get a laptop who never had one before. She very understanding and made this a very pleasant experience for both my friend and I! 😊👍

Still not impressed. Second visit today. Trying to steer me to more expensive laptop. when I found one I liked. Did not have one in stock. Still trying to steer me too high-priced one. Tell me the only one I liked I had to drive Topeka to get it. Will not go back.

I came into the Lee's Summit, MO store location today to recycle a printer and some ink cartridges. I was directed to the customer service area.

When I got there, there were several employees watching a football game on a TV at the far end of the Geek Squad area. Despite a few of them seeing me, not a one came to help me. Finally, one lady broke away to assist me.

I felt personally insulted that I, as the customer, came in second to football. The employees showed a flagrant disregard for any customer service principles. The employees can watch their game on their time, or even record it. When they are on Best Buy's time, I expect that they should be doing Best Buy's work.

I will be taking my business to NFM and/or Amazon from now on. I've gave this location way too many opportunities to step their game up. It amazes me how this location is able to keep their doors open. Between their piss poor customer service skills and employees that lack basic information about their products. 

Also it's hard to take your sales representative's serious when their slacks are 2-3 inches above their ankles. Management should be fired. If you can't even control something as simple as a dress code, how are you able to run a store?

Call center wait times horrible. You will wait 20 to 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone on a slow day. You will wait 40 minutes to an hour on a bad day. You can drive to Best Buy faster than that. Best Buy will go out of business with this type of customer service.
