The situation is like this. I order a jacket, only available online, and of course it doesn't fit. I go to the store to return, wait in line for 10 minutes just to be told for the exchange to work I have to reorder in the correct size and come in with both jacket to return the higher price to keep the original cost the same to me. So basically I have to give a "deposit" of $200 for a week. Go to order and guess what, it's sold out online. Wait 3.5 weeks for it to become available online and reorder. This cost me 3 weeks that I could have been riding my motorcycle with the leather jacket before the weather got too cold because Khol's can't secure their supply. Go back to return and get held up with the cashier telling me her life story. First and last order from Khol's. Seriously stop wasting people's time.

The lady name Ashma at the Jewerly and watches  section is very nice and very helpful. also very friendly. i have shoped  watchs and some jewerlys there many time, never see one nice staff like her.! so i bought  pendent and watch frim her today.!

I’ve found some nice things here, but they really need to clean the place up. It is often very messy, especially in the clothing and toys sections.

Today is one of those days that when you go shopping everything works out just great. Exchange of items and checking out service was excellent. Thanks Kohl, keep up the great service.

Younge lady at return desk was efficient nd friendly, I had several returns.  She did this whole answering the phone.
