Seems to have all the craft supplies a pre-teen girl needs with money to burn. Slime supplies, beads for bracelets, etc. some things are weird priced, like a baby food sized jar for 2 bucks. I could buy baby food, dump it for cheaper... but what do I know. Staff is nice, seems clean, potpourri smell is set to stun...

I wish I could give this store a good review,  but after three separate negative interactions with THE SAME EMPLOYEE I have to recommend you go to another store.  I don't know her name but she's probably 60 with short dark hair and glasses.  On one encounter she elbowed in front of me while I was looking at a sales rack, and just stayed there restacking the same things until I finally went to anoter rack.  Another time, she refused to accept returns items THEY STILL CARRY, and another time she followed me around the store as of I'm suspicious.  I have been at this store many times and never had any issues util the last month, and ONLY WITH THIS WOMAN.

I don't know what her vendetta is against shoppers, but you should avoid her if you can.  Go to another Michael's!

My experience here is Always fantastic. The staff is helpful and nice. The energy of the strength is fantastic. The managers are nice as well. I was helped by a young woman Named Jeanie and she really knew her stuff. Something I really appreciate about the staff here is that they want to help you find what you're lookin for without pushing the most expensive items. If you tell them you're looking for a cheap alternative to an item they will lactually show it to you and give u tips on how to use it. They all really know their stuff. Love this place. I can't wait to go back. Always good deals always helpful staff. If I could give 10 stars i would.

This location is always very quiet and clean. There usually aren't too many employees milling about but the store is small enough to where you can locate help if you need it.
