I was in the store & had 2 items i really wanted. Had a $15 off of $50 coupon. Incame within 5p cents & cashier wouldnt honor it. I got a manager.She said she had only been there 10 months & cashier knew more than she did & there was nothing she could do & i needed to find somethin for..50 cents or more. I was in a hurry & this was ridiculous & i had.to put both items back. So disappointed at thos LS store.

Since the downsizing of the store not much has changed. The dressing rooms are centrally located and the inventory is more or less the same. There has never been a great maternity or baby boy section. If you shop early it is well organized. The clearance racks are work but can be worth the good deals sometimes. I often feel like this store is hot hit or miss and you just have to swing by often to find good deals.

Variety of clothes to choose from. Employees are kind and helpful. Have to be careful navigating your cart do to mannequins, displays, shelves and tables.

Its always hard to make Old Navy an in and out trip because I love it so much but I ran in there looking for a sports bra. Found one. Went to the check out line and I swear it took the cashier 5 minutes to check out the girl in front of me who didn't even fill a bag with what she bought. It was ridiculous. Then she forgot to hand me the correct change and I didn't have time to stick around and wait for the manager to open the door so I told her to keep it then she made me feel like I HAD to wait. Needless to say I was 20 minutes late for what I had going on that day all because they put the amateur at the front counter.
