I went to Men's Wearhouse to get 3 dress slacks repaired for minor rips. I've had stuff repaired by them before. They do an awesome job. I was also going to buy two pairs of brand new slacks. Come check out time the customer service rep tells me the Taylor request that I have my slacks taken to the dry cleaners first. I tell the rep that they are clean, I'm sorry I didn't bring them on hangers and have them ironed and everything but I really don't have time to go to the dry cleaners. He then proceeds to tell me it is state law that clothes need to go to the cleaners before they can be worked on. So I sit there for a second just thinking to myself, $15 for repairing three dress slacks and it's a two-week turnaround time, which I was fine with all of that but you want me to go spend more money for a $15 repair and today was my only day off which the dry cleaners are never same day return. I laughed and I said I will take my clothes. I start driving off and it really just left me dumbfounded that I was refused business. So it was eating at me so bad, I called the company, I asked for the manager Turns out the manager was the same guy that helped me. I Express to him how I felt and how I felt judged because he was saying my clothes weren't clean when they were then he proceeds to tell me that people have body oils and pee dribble and that the tailor just really prefers to have clothes dry-cleaned before they work on them after he said all that it just made me feel even more like I was being judged and I was not good enough to buy clothes from them or have work done by them. I brought close to them before for repairs and never been told they need to go to the dry cleaners. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I got and the results I got from my phone call with the manager. You guys really came off as pretentious snobs and I'm not quite sure if I will ever give you my business again.

I am currently standing in the Ovelrand Park Men's Warehouse waiting on the exact alterations that this store told me they wouldn't (yes wouldn't....not couldn't) do. This is after calling them twice to confirm they would be able to get some length taken out of my pants, same day. Called twice to confirm just to show up and have them tell me two weeks because they weren't purchased there! I offered to pay double. Dumb. They'll loose more than just my business, I know at least 4 other men who won't be shopping here now.

Was a solid store when trying to sell to me. I bought 700$ worth of merchandise from them and was happy with my purchase. I brought the 500$ jacket home and realized they had sold me a jacket with the liner torn at the back. The shirt they "fitted" me for neck was so tight the button snapped. When I brought it back because I felt like I had been cheated and did not get what I paid for the assistant manager snapped at me that I had "buyers remorse" and to "admit it" before he would return the items. I will be telling pretty much all of the people I know not to go here.

If you're going to use any sales consultant there you should ONLY use Ryan Matthews! He knows exactly what to get, gives multiple options, and great ideas. I was in and out in no time and he make it quick and easy.

We went in to buy my husband a suit for my cousins wedding. Zach was very helpful in measuring my husband and also taking our suggestions in mind. On the day we were in, it happened to be bogo on suits, so that's what we did. We got a nice Charcoal Suit and a nice Navy Suit. We also bought three new dress shirts, three new ties, two suspenders, six pairs of dress socks, and had the suits tailored. Men, NEVER buy/rent a suit or tux without having it tailored! And be sure to have the tailor open up all the pockets on the suit/tux! You'd be surprised how many men that don't know to do this! My husband likes my opinion on fashion, so maybe take a woman with you.😉 He looks like a million bucks in his new suits! Thanks for helping us Zach!
