Best experience! I went into the Best Buy store on Millerville last night to pick up a washer machine 15 minutes before closing. Travis and the manager helped me out to find the right washer machine! They both went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of! Great service and great people. They made my purchase very enjoyable and fun! Thanks again and keep up the great work!!

They stand by their product. My switch was broken and with no problem and no questions replaced the product. LOVE BESTbuy

Scott was a great sales assistant.He was such a big help in saving time and was extremely knowledgeable. William was very friendly and treated me a though I was the only customer i the store. Absolutely GREAT service! Thank you guys!

Giving this Best Buy even 1 star is giving it too much credit. On December 19th I purchased an unlocked Galaxy S8 Plus which came included with a free Samsung Wireless Fast Charger. They were out of stock when I bought the phone so I called the day afterwards and spoke to the manager who said he would call me back when they were in stock again. I never received a call, about a week later I went into the store again to see what could be done about it. Somehow, nobody in Best Buy could remember this promotion existing despite it ending less than a week before this visit. Once again, I was told to leave my phone number and told that the manager would call me the following morning, and once again I never received a call. Excellent service for someone who just spent $900 at your store, keep up the great work Best Buy.

Like all Best Buy locations these days, you can expect very little assistance from the staff. Like all Best Buy locations these days, their selection of physical media is severely limited and incredibly unorganized. But the check out process was smooth. And once I was directly interacting with an employee, they were friendly.
