Do not go to Geek Squad for computer help!! I went to them when my computer screen went black, the employee told me my LCD screen was broken. He then told me they would have to send it out and take 2 weeks to fix, or I could try Computer Heaven. I went to Computer Heaven and turns out NOTHING was wrong with the screen! It was simply a simple fix by restarting and shutting the computer down completely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON GEEK SQUAD

Pretty good service.  Geek Squad isn't perfect but it is state or the art right now.
