This location is clean and has a wide selection. 
The downside is the overwhelming car dealership feel. We were asked by 5 different associates while standing, looking at 2 TVs.
 I am all for customer service, but it is clearly commissions based for high dollar items. When we did have questions, while looking at modems, the staff member was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. 
Good store, great customer service, but too aggressive.

We were at this best buy for an impromptu pre-black Friday shopping trip. Not only did we find a great product at a great price, but the  shopping experience was virtually painless! The line was (as expected) quite long, but the staff members were wonderful! They were courteous, extremely helpful, and efficient. We only waited 15 minutes in line behind about 50 other shoppers. We were very impressed!

I've been here a good number of times. From picking up and online order, to making it just in time to grab the last Chromecast, this is one of my favorite electronic stores in the area. Friendly, helpful service and these people help you out! In an electronic retail store of this scale, that's a rare thing to come across.

However, their prices are insane and most things can be bought way cheaper online.

The customer service in the appliance department at this store is amazing. I highly recommend buying your next appliance here. I just purchased a dual fuel range from them. The process was very pleasant. Josh (the salesman) was patient and allowed me to take time to think about my purchase with no pressure. The installation/service guy was extremely helpful in explaining the advantages of their Geek Squad Protection over other warranties offered by other stores that sell the same product.

Probably one of the largest bestbuy locations in the city. 2 levels with Macs on first and windows in the basement. Several main and auxiliary checkout counters. The staff is very knowledgeable but checking online cannot hurt. Good prices too!
