Best Buy is great as a place to check out equipment that you will eventually buy online for a bit less than you would pay in-store. The staff is haphazardly knowledgeable, as with most tech stores it depends on who you get. It's not really fair to just use them to field test equipment, but that's the reality of modern life. On that note, I did buy a laptop from them yesterday, for expedience sake, and they made it a very painless experience. Thanks, Best Buy!

Sales staff was great and price of was great too. I also like the protection plan they offer.. T.V. malfunctions you just take it to them.They also offer FREE delivery! I just love Best Buy!

Excellent experience, just explained I'm 62 years old and I just need to replace my computer.  Don't need all the frills and thrills.  He found one just for me.  Thank you for making this trip simpler than a dentist visit.
