The lady at the register was very nice, but the equipment wouldn't take my gift card that I had just used in another store. So I tried my debit card it wouldn't take it either, so I had to use my credit card.  I DO NOT LIKE USING MY CREDIT CARD.  The equipment looks like it is from the stone ages. Update your equipment

I have a refrigerator that has not been working for the last 3 months. We called Sears -since we have the home warranty program - and they gave us several appointments, many of which the technician never showed up. Last one was in 07/12 and when I called they said that the technician did show up but no one was at home although we were home all day waiting for them. This is not the first time they do that.  Three months of pain and suffering with Sears and it is not over yet. I asked a lawyer to start the process of taking a legal action. Please don't buy anything from Sears. They have the worst customer servic ever.
