Good place. Usually has all the newer tech and stuff to buy relating to computers, and anything else you may need for office or home entertainment. Good customer service.

Excellent and timely service on Samsung phone repair.  The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Reggie is outstanding, Best Buy and Geek Squad could hope to have many more like him. So nice to deal with smart people who don't B.S. the customer!

Review is for geek squad. I got a new phone and somehow the SD card got stuck in a weird place. Sprint techs couldn't fix it because "they didn't have the tools." The Samsung store wanted $200 to fix it. I just about gave up and decided to call the geek squad. They were super helpful. If they could get it out with tweezers or would be free, they couldn't and that's fine. They had to open the phone up to get it out, which cost $40. HUGE DIFFERENCE! The staff is so knowledgeable and really goes out of there way to help people.

Great store. Clean. Nice location. Customer service reps very helpful. They have great selection of apliencies in stock. The reps know what they are talking about. I got all the answers both about the TV I was looking for and the refrigerator. The reps were there to answer all the questions. No long lines. Recommend it to anyone.
