I could not have been more pleased with my experience at this Verizon retailer. Micheal E knowledge and customer service was second to none!
I have visited this retailer at least 4 times in past 2 months and each time is exceptional service. Today we had the pleasure of working with Micheal E and Navine S to help us out. we left very happy customers. Thank you for great service.!

In a world where you can not trust everyone in the phone service... This is a shop that you can 100% trust! By far the best Verizon Location in the Southbay Area! Oscar and Navine did a fantastic job saving me money on my brand new  iPhone 7 and the service plan. Seriously come to this location if you are looking for a fair deal.

I visited the South Bay Galleria store on July 14th and very appreciative of Stephanie and Priscilla's help. This is the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Their manager Justin was wonderful too! I would give them a 10+ rating! They are very patient and diplomatic, great customer service! I really enjoyed coming here and will tell all my friends about this store. Thank you so much!
