I had not been in here in a few years, I was incredibly surprised at how many times I was approached for help. Thank you to the Manager for having a great staff. I bought 2 phones, and had to return 1 the next day because it was defective and was treated well all around. However I found out that all the call placed to this location actually get routed to the store in Torrance....WHAT A MISTAKE! I genuinely dislike the Torrance store, the staff all around is awful and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE CUSTOMER PHONE! Please, Best Buy, fix this issue! There is so much that can be resolved based on this issue alone. Hawthorne store is my store.

Elliot made the whole thing a great expirience. He nice and very patient. He explained a everything in great detail. He tried everything to repair my laptop in the store and with me not having to pay for anything. In the end I had to pay,but I don't mind because he was very nice. He is a great employee. I got a product from their “Best Buy app” and decided to pick it up bc it is cheaper. I went to the store and the lady working the Online Station was very friendly. She got me my item really fast and we were gone

Long wait time in the telephone/ Mobil section. Not too friendly,  ignores customers,  not friendly at all. I stopped going there. There used to be some great staff in that mobile department,  not anymore.
