Walked around and around looking for a keyboard. Not one associate asked if they could help. Finally I tracked one down. They keyboard I wanted did not have a display model out to test. I asked the associate if he could open then seals on the box of the one I wanted and he said he wasn't allowed. That I had to purchase it to try it and if I didn't like it I could return it within 15 days. Not very customer focused if you ask me.

Seriously horrible day. Dealt with unhappy customers all day and then I come home to find my fridge died sometime between yesterday and today and all my food is warm, except for a few half frozen roasts that I am now afraid to eat. Off to buy an emergency fridge, and who really wants to buy an emergency fridge? I think I really need emergency beer. At least my salesman was cool, cooler than my dead fridge. But I'd be cool too if I were making commission off of someone's bad day. He found me a decent floor model and threw in delivery for free, which moderately makes up for the inflated sticker price and cost of food that I lost. Great news. I'll have cold food sometime between noon and seven pm Monday. Not sure what I'm eating until then, but it will not be home cooked. I would have given more stars, but I went to the restroom on my way out and it was dirtier than my 13 year old boys mind, and that's quite an accomplishment.

I love best buy. I would give 5 stars but I ordered some gifts online to pick up in store for my kids birthday but it took them forever to get them for me as they could only find one of the two items. I had a broken foot at the time and recently had surgery so I was in extreme pain as they took their time looking for the 2nd item. I will not order online to pick up in store at least for this location.

Derek a CMP at this location made me a believer in Best Buy again, at least at this store. My visit to Frys was an epic waste of time, and Derek was the only one who actually took the time to help me work out what I needed. Derek and the Geek Squad techs here are the reason I try to buy local and reward great service. 

I took away 1 star for the new supervisor of the Geek Squad desk at night who seemed to lack any real technical expertise. He provided information that proved incorrect and almost mis-configured my system upgrade.
