I literally just walked out of this store. I went to this store with intentions of buying a double din CD/DVD receiver. When I walked to the car audio section, there was a gentleman already waiting for assistance. I found what I was looking for but continued to wait for assistance because I had additional questions. After about 5 minutes, an employee came over asking if we had been assisted. We told him no, he said he'd get someone and left. A minute later an employee arrived to assist and helped the gentleman who had been waiting for. The employee asked if I also needed assistance, I I told him yes. He yelled out to the backroom for another employee to come assist. I continued to wait. The customer had a question the employee couldn't answer, so he said he'd be right back, he'd have to ask his install department and disappeared to the backroom.
A female employee walked by asking if we needed assistance. I answered yes. She informed me that an employee would come assist. I waited. A couple minutes pass and ANOTHER employee comes and AGAIN assistance the first gentleman who posed the same question to him, who ALSO didn't have the answer and ALSO went to the backroom. So now we have 2 employees helping 1 customer, both not having the answer to his question, leaving and yet and still I have not been helped. After about 5 minutes the first employee comes back with the answer to the customer's question and continues helping him. The second employee never returned. I waited another couple of minutes, then left. I'm quite annoyed and THIS particular Best Buy needs to staff better in the car audio department.

Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job at installing a new Viper 2-way alarm system on my car. Seho and Trevor were friendly and helpful from start to finish especially with re-scheduling my appointment on a Sunday. They answered all of my questions. They finished the job on the same day in a timely manner within a few hours like they said. The price of the alarm system and the install was fair. I will definitely go back to Best Buy Geek Squad again for another car alarm install when I restore my next car in the future. I will tell other people about my positive experience with Geek Squad. Thanks again.  Richard Williams

Staff was great. I prefer purchasing my phones at Best Buy because I feel they offer the best deals. Only drawback is if your buying accessories it tends to be pricey. The store is very clean and staff is very attentive.

I have had many mixed experiences at this Best Buy. Some good and some not so good. 
What works well...
This Best Buy now gives out appointments when you need to see the Geek Squad (in store). Having an appointment takes out the long waits. That being said, they do not always have enough people to service all the clients.
All the people I have dealt with throughout the store have been very nice and accommodating. 
This Best Buy is always well stocked.
Most of the staff have been very knowledgeable. 
What doesn't work well....
This Best Buy is short staffed.
My husband and I have stood around for a long time until someone came over to help us. I don't believe it is their fault, it is because of the lack of help.

I just recently purchased a high end laptop for my wife from Best Buy.  We had it shipped to our home and arrived with some screen damage and the keyboard backlight not working.  They were extremely helpful and made the replacement process a breeze!    I will continue to show at this location due to the great customer service I have received over the years.
