I have been to this Best Buy three times in two months and the service has been spectacular. I order online and wait for my Ready For Pickup alert on my phone. I'm not really a talkative person, so the less conversational the representative is, the better for me, but still act very friendly when dealing with me. An issue recently happened where an item I ordered wasn't yet ready but I still wanted to make sure I could take it with me that day and the rep had no issues checking. Turns out, the item wasn't available and offered other options and a price fix for the inconvenience but I asked for another location pick-up. Sure, the wait time in the online pickup section can be a bit delayed, but I never walk in on a rush or act like a loon when I am not assisted quickly; I just look around until someone comes up to me which doesn't appear to be a problem here. Suggestions: order online, wait for the ready notification, do not show up in a rush, and be courteous. Simple.

One of the biggest best buy in the area! Prices are great and they always have tons of discounts. Their customer service is great I recommend it to everyone

Love going to Brick and mortars stores I hope they never go away Best Buy is fun place to look around and buy my Blu-ray movies but that's about it I think they need to be a little more competitive with all the online electronic stores such as Amazon and Newegg but I do still like walking around and looking at what's available.

Listen yeah the people here are kind of nice, but best buy raises the electronic prices because the people that go there think they are getting the best price henz the best buy logo that is abput 16 feet

OLEG KON is very patient, smart, and will tell you with honesty what’s wrong with your computer and offer you different solutions for you to choose. He was efficient and delivered fixing my computer within 24 hours turnaround. Plus, he is humbled and kind. 

Also, Juan who is by all the computers was very smart, care, listen, and delivered great customer service. 

I totally recommend The Best Buy Davie Store. Aventura Store is just out of control.
