First salesman gave incorrect information on a TV. I was about to leave but decided to ask another sales person who gave me accurate info resulting in purchase of the TV. If you get info that just doesn't seem right, ask someone else or speak to a manager. I also bought a new computer that day which went without a hitch. Delivery of both items was prompt and set up accurate. Computer Geek was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Excellent, I love going to the New relocated Best buy on Federal Highway,  when entering into the store there a greeter who acknowledge my presence, welcoming me in and then asking "how can I help you."     I was looking for a specific item and a representative came over  and asked if I needed assistance (True customer service),  after sharing my needs, I was directed to the proper place to pick up my item and get in line to cash out  Everyone,  even though it was very crowded(Friday evening), had a wonderful smile on their faces.  GREAT JOB!keep up the good work😁

Best Buy, Trying hard to improve customer service but only in their high profit areas.  If you need help anywhere else expect to be ignored.  If I had known to order online first I would have just to avoid their showroom.  That is part of the problem.  Want a pair of headphones, good luck because there will be 3 to 5 different places to find headphones.  I wanted to get a SSD drive that they were supposed to have in stock.  I found the drive hidden away not close to anything else related to storage, but then I couldn't find anyone to get it out of lock up.  I was there with friends who were returning an item to the service desk (the only reason BB didn't get 1 star) Everything else is like the store was put in a blender and has now served it up for you.

Great Teams are usually a reflection of Management... This location was well operating, team members stepped in to help each other help guests, & more importantly- The Manager Presence was definitely in the building on the sales floor directing & identifying the needs of the business!! Bravo! Well Done!!

Geek squad educated & reassured me. Camera Sales agent had educated and encouraged me.  Thumbs up to both.  Store energy feels positive, clean, and current.
