In the days of Amazon and Amazon Prime, I really feel like I still belong at Best Buy. Is great to have online sites like those but there is something about the local Best Buy that I just love. I always feel very welcomed when I go there and we just bought a 50 inch television and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the employees interest in getting what we need. My husband is a huge gamer so we go there often still to buy video games for PS4. I will always recommend this place to anyone and it is a very friendly spot here in Stevens Point.

My husband and I went to begin to explore home appliances for our new home being constructed soon.  Found very  knowledgeable associates who them recommended a new service to us. They offer a complimentary service where a trained associate will meet you in your home(your choice) to discuss your project to learn your needs within your price range. We worked with  Hanhannah. She was wonderful!  She listened well,  was actively engaged in our discussion, knowledgeable, and really nice! Within a few days she had a proposal complete. She reviewed her findings and even did a price check to see how competitors prices compared. Best Buy's prices were great! We made a few changes and went with it! We highly recommend them and their service!

needed a router but have pretty much no idea about these things - clerk was very helpful, got me what I needed. Greeter was also able to send me to the correct aisle right away. Checkout was right in that aisle with the clerk that was helping me - that was nice that I didn't have to go to the checkout line. That made my whole shopping experience quick and easy.

I recommend Best Buy in Plover WI for any electronic and appliance needs.  They are a cut above the rest in both knowledge and courtesy.  My experience there was wonderful and I look forward to making my next major purchase there.

I went to Best Buy in Stevens Point today and was so very pleased with the customer service department! Very nice and easy to work with, went out of thir way to help. I know it must be a hard job, thank you!
