I had a car stereo installed, it took 5 hours.  2 techs tried for half an hour to pair my phone for Bluetooth. They couldn’t figure it out.  I was able to get it in about 5 minutes.  It required installing an app.  They don’t seem to know much about the products they sell.

Ahhhhh what can I say? It's the Amazon showroom. I went here for a router and price matched it with Amazon and I feel happy about it. The service was OK but I always get that feeling like I'm shopping for a new car when I'm there. Everyone is just ready to MAKE THE DEAL. The prices are higher and selection is worse that Amazon but you do get to walk out with your product in hand and you get to have hands on time you otherwise wouldn't get. I think bestbuy will die eventually and Ill feel the same way I do about blockbuster. It's sad sure. But is it the end of the world? You be the judge I suppose.

I was looking at computers and was impressed that they did not try to oversell. Very knowledgeable staff. Prices seem very competitive.

We went here to get our phone unlocked at geek squad. It was convenient because I was able to make an appointment online, when we got there it was fast and easy.

My wife and myself love this place, they are very  helpful, I would suggest getting the scan n go app, it saves loads of time when the checkout lines are long
