The staff and technicians were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen and understand my concerns.  They are much more personable and truly know what they are doing, especially compared to those big box stores.  I also greatly appreciated their honesty and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were.  Highly recommended to my family, friends and anyone looking for a good experience with all of their technology needs. Thank you J&J Electronics!!

I would give these guys negative stars if I could.  LG sent a service request to them early October.  They do not answer calls or emails for myself or LG after requesting information.  They never came to my house to even look at the TV.  After going back and forth with LG they sent my request elsewhere and now my TV is being looked at.

If you are given these guys as a service center ask to go ANYWHERE else.

You guys never got back to us. And its been 3 months still waiting currently only have 1 t.v. working unfortionlly not our 50inch

Same as some of the others, they had my equipment for over a year then finally told me it can't be fixed. that was the third time I brought the same piece to them.  I should have known better

If you get sent here for warranty work, request somewhere else right away. Called 5 times no one would get back to me and couldn't even get past the first step. I then talked to LG and they sent me somewhere that was much closer and had way better customer service.
