I went to the store on 4/15/18 to purchase a stove. I was very happy to find one that fit my budget and that I loved. Unfortunately, I made the mistake to pay for delivery since it never arrived to my home. Delivered very was schedule for the following Wednesday so I had to ask for a day off at work. On Wednesday My husband gets a call from the Delaware very company stating the they had an accident with the stove and that some parts were broken during loading. No apologies, just that they were not delivering and that I could go to the store and get a refund and get another one. Of course I went back the next day they open (because that bestbuy only opens during the weekends) and the same employee who sold me the stove was there (Melissa). Overall my experience there has being the worst that I have had at any store. Zero customer service skills.

Good selection of dent and scratch appliances and electronics. Only open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Can probably find an appliance that will work for the need just obviously check it properly.

Awesome customer service! Loved the place. You just need to be patient and come back to look around to find the perfect one! We bought fridge, dishwasher, and my family bought dual oven. Deals are really great!! I would highly recommend to go check out this place. Also great warranty price.

Great place to buy new appliances that have a little damage or a scratch. They do have some that have more severe damage but are discounted even more.

Outstanding service and help.  They worked with me to save money bc I’m on a tight budget and were very friendly 

I have bought a 1400 fridge for 250 with a dent in the side 

And a tv that was 4000 for 1200 that had a tear in the box but everything inside unopened 

The key is to go to the real store next door and know what you want before you get to the outlet.  Also geek squad is worth the money and I have already  been paid back bc they have even come to fix other items in my house unrelated to this purchase
