I went at 9:30pm last night thinking I'd be in and out. The self checkout lanes were closed so I got in a very long line as they only had 3 cashiers. After waiting 30 minutes the cashier shut the lane down and me and a husband, wife and small child in front of me had to get into another long line that took another 20 minutes. I started chatting with the father in front of me and he said he had just worked a 12 hour shift and then took his family out before shopping. It was 11pm by the time I got out of there. I asked to see the Mgr on duty and a woman said "what do you expect it's Walmart" I will never shop at another Walmart again which is too bad as I've had good experiences at their other locations. Good riddens Walmart

Horrible customer service... I stood at the fragrance display case for 10 minutes, as Parula, continued walking around me stocking her quota for the evening... Finally, I asked her for some assistance... She tells me she will call for the key, 4 times... Literally walking around me continuing to stock her item's in her buggy... I walk all of the way to the service desk, ask the lady at the desk, after standing in line, for assistance at the fragrance display, she tells me she will call someone... Another employee stopped, he too say's "I will go get the key"... Literally 30 minutes later, I still stand in front of the fragrance display case waiting for service......

I'm here about every other day, I am familiar with this stores set up, so I know where everything is. I'm usually in and out pretty quick no matter how crowded it is. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

People like Tanya (mid 20's handles returns) should never be in a department that is customer facing. I have never heard someone complain about working as much as she did in the 10 minute interaction I had with her. Want to work on your Amazon problem? Stop hiring people like Tanya!

I do my weekly grocery shopping here and having such a wide variety to choose from makes things easy. The lines can get a bit busy during peak times but if you do your shopping around those times its usually in and out.
