Decent selection of open box items, however the discount is a lot of times more expensive than the sale price of an item. This store is very clean, the staff are friendly for the most part but don't expect them to go above and beyond for you. I had an incident at this location on a black Friday where they accused me of stealing because I was walking around the store with a laptop bag and a few bulky items; so I decided to put them in the bag and leave it unzipped with the items clearly sticking out. I didn't even manage to get to the check out counter before the store manager rudely asked me into an "interrogation" room. It was a laughing stock. I complained to corporate and haven't seen that manager since.

As I sit here for God knows how long waiting for a phone I'm reminded why I can't stand best buy and go to Amazon for everything. I only came here because I was in the area. I've been waiting for a little over an hour and the only acknowledgement I've gotten is from the Verizon rep. (Shout out to Verizon for great customer support).

Terrible experience with delivery crew for a washer and dryer. I came home to a dryer vent that was completely crushed after they set it up and it would not vent at all. LEFT MY DRYER AS A COMPLETE FIRE HAZARD. I HAVE PHOTOS AND WILL REPORT THEM. Gone unnoticed this could have caused a fire in my families home. Never would recommend delivery of a washer and dryer from Best Buy of Waterford. Crew was apparently subs who showed up in an enterprise rental truck!

I read that best buy will discontinue CD sales? WHY? I use cds in my car and I love it. I always bought my albums for best buy. I guess not anymore. Digital music just isn't the same....

Oscar is the BEST! Always willing to help and answer my many questions. JJ, Dan, and Semi (sp?) could not have been nicer, too. Thanks guys for always helping me with my purchases. I met one of the managers today for the first time and he was wonderful - polite and very professional.
