having been in the store many times and the phone calls go unanswered I had the misfortune of needing to call about a service the corporate site claims the local store does, alas, no one can bother to answer the phone, or they put you on hold, only to hang up on you after 10 minutes. This would be the New London, CT. Store. I don't recommend this store for any business. Not helpful I called two more times, and on the third I did get someone who didn't work in the dept. but was able to give me enough information, so I'm adding a star for the effort.

Stopped using this store printing service. Lost orders excessive holds on phone No organization.

This is my favorite Staples. I use it regularly and all its services. The staff from managers to easy tech folk to store reps are super friendly, efficient though I agree sometimes they could use a couple more staff members, particularly in the copy center, but even when under pressure they are great.

looking for computers and the tech was very helpful. cashiers greeted me coming in and copy shop peoples stayed cool under pressure of their machines needing fixed. this from 2 different visits. not bad at all :) laid back but professional at the same time; makes you kinda feel at home.
