Gabe helped me pick out my new phone and I got the s8. I couldn't be happier with the experience Gabe provided me. He took the time to explain all about the new phone to me. He was very knowledgeable and had a genuinely positive attitude through the whole experience. I will definitely go back to see Gabe when I'm ready for another new phone. I would also recommend Gabe to anyone I know looking for a new phone.

This store gets a 5-star rating for customer service. Over the years I've never been disappointed in getting the help I needed and then some. Questions get answered with thoroughness and in a friendly and easy to understand manner. In this day and age, this kind of service tends to be exceptional. My current favorite associates are Derek Fauntleroy, Gabriel Benjamin and Joshua Myers.

Always very satisfied with their customer service and ability to find the most affordable deal with the best products. A sales associate named Gabe Benjamin was super helpful and took his time to make sure everyone in my family was taken care of. Definitely look for him if you want great service!

I was in this store last week and got GREAT customer service from Gabe. Super helpful, easy to hang out with for the 45 minutes I was there getting a new phone, talked me through all the ins and outs of the new phone and promotion I was getting. He listened to what I needed and worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the cost. I'll definitely go back.

One word to describe today's experience? Awesome! Not only was I able to obtain service but, was able to port my phone number over which was a life saver.
