Wow, I went to buy phone covers for my phone and my husbands. When we asked for help from the sales associate we were directed to the general area of covers. We were dismissed like our purchase didn't matter. Then when I ask the same associate for help he seemed to be irritated and dismissed us saying that the store didn't carry a case that would fit our semi-new phones. The associate was discourteous n couldn't care. So we left without any purchases including the printer and dvd player we wanted. We didn't feel like our business was appreciated.

My wife called at 8:45. At :45 I asked her what The heck was going on. She said when she called they put her in hold. They put my wife, who is handicapped, on hold at 8:45 and never had The decency to tell her that they closed. She was left holding when they closed at 10::00. I call that inconsiderate, & thoughtless. I guess we should shop elsewhere. Right? It's not as if they care....

My boyfriend and I were completely satisfied with the customer service that Brian Bendolph, apple genius,  provided. He is very knowledgeable about the apple products and give us straight forward answers. He never once hesitated to accommodate us even when we had to go back to change the keyboard because it was defective. Brian is just the best!

Most items come incomplete. This store is bad. It is horrible. The only thing good is that it is most convenient.

The problem I had was manly customer service. I waited for an employee to help me find a movie and was told by him to wait. When he came back he was helping someone else (the couple came in after me, I saw them come in). I ended up not buying that movie. Then at checkout the 2 girls were texting for 4 minutes straight with acknowledgement that me and 2 others were there. Compared to the other best buys this has not been the best experience.
