Issue was resolved but with a little confusion. Tho the rep was knowledgeable, he tried to help many people at one time..asking me to continue to wait in between customers.  He was polite but I had to ask why he was doing that.    He then explained.   I thanked him for his help and I just thought he might communicate a little more what he was doing.

Went to the store today about a battery replacement. Women told me they had an hour wait or the next available appointment was Monday. I then went online to do some research and found that I needed to pre order a battery to the store. Why then would I need an appointment on Monday? That would have been a waste of everyone’s time. I don’t get why she wouldn’t just say I needed to pre order the battery online. So bizarre. Then come to find out it could be WEEKS until my replacement battery came in. Having this iPhone has been such a hassle.

trying to obtain an appointment time or ask a question by phone is a dead end.. 25 min hold time and no response,, I hung up.

I have been an apple users for over 15 years and visited many stores.   I am planning to upgrade my system but not from the Trumbull store.   I was in the store for over 45 minutes and received no attention.   This has never happen in New Haven or Stamford.   Trumbull needs to rethink customer service, maybe the staff needs training from the other stores.  Thanks for a great experience and I won't be back to this store.
