Can i give 0 stars? These guys deserve 0 stars.

i had a question that should have taken 10 seconds to answer. after waiting on hold on the phone for 20 minutes I drove 2 towns over to the best buy and got my question answered. I was STILL on hold on the phone. I made a point to blast their god awful hold music all throughout the store. start to finish it took me about a hour to answer a question that should have taken less than a minute. Best Buy clearly does not place any value on their customers time.

Ill be going to amazon and newegg in the future

This place should get 0 stars.
They are rude, they give you incorrect info, when you complain about a mistake they made, they treat you like you are wrong not them.
Wait a minute, I thought I was the customer, and should be treated as such.
I owned a video store from 1977 till 1995, and I know a good store when I see one. 
This is definitely not one.
DO NOT BOTHER GOING THERE!
UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE, AND BAD SERVICE.

Full Disclosure: I work here. 

As far as Best Buys go this is a good one. I was a BB customer my whole life before I worked for them, and the West Simsbury location is honestly one of the best stores I've been to, and I've been to a lot of Best Buys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the store itself is clean and well organized, and there is a pretty good selection of products in stock considering the store's small size. 
It's a good place to work also- current management is excellent and we have a pretty good team atmosphere where everyone gets along a vast majority of the time.

Typical Best Buy, a million choices, rare customer service. Although, when someone is located they seem to be knowledgeable.
