I've got a few gripes here. I only visit every couple of months if I can help it. Yet, every time it feels like they move the products I seek elsewhere in the store. To top it off, it's typically quite expensive. Staff is friendly enough and protection plans have helped me before. But I can not recommend Geek Squad. They are not knowledgeable and only strive to earn sales for their supervisors. I would recommend ordering from the internet instead of shopping here. Way cheaper.

I've been a best buy member for a number of years and it never cease to amaze me of the professionalism that goes without saying in the care and dedication of the best buy sales force. To be frank it's something that I expect when shopping at the store. Keep up the good work!

I participate in the rewards program and can get some good deals on the website. Flash sales are great. Employees are hard to find but when you do they are very attentive with their help.

Best buy all around!! It seems to be out of a couple of products regularly, but it is a big store. Customer service department is awesome. Always ready to answer questions or solve problems. Other employees looked like they are hanging around vs working. It's not a good look.

Overpriced first of all. After that, the knowledge level of the employees is terrible. When I know more about the products you sell by watching a 9 min YouTube video, there are problems.
