Crystal is awesome; Austin sucks with his long haired self. He left paying customers who were buying an expensive appliance and if not for Crystal, we would have taken our business elsewhere. Crystal was very helpful; even through her computer screwing up.

Showed up the next day, Computer systems down; can't even pick up what I paid for. Can't even get a refund for the inconvenience because their computer systems are down. 

Their TVs work just fine though...

This BB has improved a LOT.  Have been in twice lately to pick up orders and not a single hitch....  and they were VERY courteous.  AND no one freaked out when I was open carrying.  Gotta love the South.  😁

The staff is friendly and generally very helpful. The store is always kept clean and orderly, and seems to be well-managed.

The only gripe I'd have is that it is often too hot, especially during the 100-degree Louisiana summers, but I don't believe them management had direct control over that, as these things are generally mandated/controlled from corporate.

I frequent this Best Buy several times per week, as it's less than a minute away from my office. I'm very thankful for it.

Incompetent staff.  Don't know their own products.  Manager was griping that staff didn't show up.  Manager had check out customers at service desk and never deactivated magnets on products.  Alarms at door kept going off and the security employee had no clue what to do.  I had show him how to deactivate the magnets in my on purchased items on his desk.  His comment was "My first day, I don't know what I'm doing."

This store has absolutely the worst possible customer service!! Especially in the Geek Squad Department! They don't even know there own policies. The man who answered  the phone in geek squad who's name was originally "Manuel" kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak and then got mad when I asked him to stop talking so I could explain to him the situation then tells me he will hang up on me if I continue to talk to him that way. REALLY DUDE!! I tell him I want the mamanger, he gets on the phone I can't understand anything he is saying he doesn't even know what I'm talking about! When I tell him I will call the 800 to get my information then he wanted to help. I asked again what the mans name was that originally talked to and all the sudden it changed to "Larry". It's sad that I even have to give this place a 1 star rating I wish I could give them negative stars. This store is a joke along with there people!!
