Story

We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

Be sure to ask the final price after interest- they made me sign the paperwork ,telling me that the price advertised is the price I will pay - which is true but I will also have to pay the interest which I understood initially but didn't realize that the interest was as much as the advertised price ! So going in I knew that anything you rent to own you typically pay double- so seeing a $1,200.00 mattress for a little over 2 grand was a good deal I thought ,but with how much they charge in interest, I will be paying around 4 grand! Wow! Paying for a mattress 4 times just to lease it is ridiculous,  regardless. So watch these guys! They will tell you what you want to hear until you sign the paperwork - then they got ya! Also -these ,"con artists", baited me in with a promotional IPad and the promotion was active at the time my lease agreement was signed but the sales rep said that they were all out and to come bk in 2 weeks. But he never put it in my contract , so after returning 2 weeks later, "there was nothing they could do"-... Or so the manager said.- I wouldn't be surprised if they have a little side scheme,  selling other people's promotional items , considering the caliber of there sales people. Seams like most of them just got out of jail or has a jail house mentality. BUYERS BEWARE!! !!!

Bought a tv from there about 3 years ago, spent a ton of money on it. They delivered the wrong tv, it was the same brand, same size, but the tv I picked out was a 3D tv. So I called my salesman the next day, he acted like he had no clue who I was and was given the run around on how to get the issue resolved, after fighting with customer service and the in store management, they did nothing to help and I ended up just keeping it cause it wasn’t worth the headache anymore. So fast forward 3 years later, I go in to look at purchasing a living room set and the salesman could have cared less that I was even the building, much less be helpful and knowledgeable. Their furniture is MASSIVELY overpriced and cheap. I walked out after 10 minutes of walking around by myself and went to Ivan Smith where I got a living room set of much better quality and for almost 700 dollars less. And with a sales person that cares and has my best interest at heart. I’ll never step foot in this place again. Save your money, the bad reviews on here are entirely accurate! It’s called CONN’s for a reason.

Vultures when you walk through the door! Don't let them "Conn" you into buying something you don't really want. Electronics prices are pretty spot on. Interest rates are high and the same for everyone, regardless of credit score. Furniture prices are marked WAY up and the furniture is pretty cheap.
