Wasn’t happy with the service. Was referred to a lap top out of my price range because the other lap tops apparently wouldn’t work for me as a student. So I go up 300 dollars because I’m told I can do an 18 month finance on it and will only have to pay around 40 dollars a month. Then we get to the check out and he says there’s not an 18 month finance; only a 12 month. Then I’m hesitant about buying because I’m a college student and every dollar counts for me. So this guy tells me that all the numbers will be the same for a 12 month finance as if I was an idiot. So I tell him to figure out the numbers and when he does it’s 70 dollars a month instead of 40. Thirty dollars a month is a box of diapers for my kid. It makes a difference. Especially for a college student. Lying to me initially is a snakey sales tactic. I was excited about getting a laptop that actually worked from these guys. But I’d rather not do business with someone who 1: lies to me about financing 2: acts like I’m stupid and don’t know the difference between the financing options and 3: doesn’t even attempt to correct his mistake.

If you need it now then Best Buy is the way to go. Otherwise buy your electronics online. It's less expensive.

Staff was extremely helpful with my new laptop and printer purchase. They had sold out of the 2 in 1that I wanted but offered to assist with a site to store option. I was able to pick it up a few days later.
