Me and my mom have been here to ask why our bill was increased. The guy just asked us if we had a sprint ID or something, or if we had the sprint app. He basically just told us to go home and download the app and look on there?? This has not been the only time the customer service was bad there.
When we got out plan and cellphones this women there told us we has gift cards with money on them for accessories like chargers and cases. She told us that they would no longer be valid so we used them on accessories. She also said we qualified for a discount on our bill. but she messed with the numbers and my mom had to end up paying a 600$ bill when she regularly paid 300$. Again when we went in they didn't do a good job of explaining why this was so. And to top it all off, the women was there but she acting as if she did not know us and did not help us at all. Some one else came and gave us service. Very bad service to say the least.

Erika was awesome. Actually the whole crew working there was awesome. We are moving to Japan and needed attention as we were transferring from Verizon. Erika stuck with us  the whole day,  even beyond her shift, and was so thorough so that we don't get to Japan and have to call back stateside for help. She looked for the best deals and promos to fit our situation. Can't thank her enough and we're super pumped to try out sprint for the next couple years.

I switched from tmobil to Sprint on 11/10/2017.   Yes I was there for about 1 hour and 1/2.  But the whole time I was there is because Erick and Carla were helping me in getting set up and getting me a deal that worked out for me and my son's.   The service, courtesy , help and the patience they provided was no less than a 5 star.    I am really greatful for the plan and phones  they got me.  I have been back since then and spoken to them and given my sincere gratitude....

Bought a $50 Zagg screen protector that the person at Sprint assured me I could exchange it for free, turns out Zagg's charge a $10 shipping fee. I went back in and waited nearly an hour just to ask if I could exchange or return the screen protector and they refused. They only accept returns up to 14 days. I told them I have been a customer for over 6 years, I have bought 8 phones in that time spending thousands of dollars, and they still wouldn't let me exchange 1 screen protector. Their loss, I may be out $50, but I will never buy another phone or accessory from sprint again.
