Went in there to ask 2 questions.  One about international travel and one about a payment.  They told us to wait.  One employee just stood at the counter the other 3 were with customers.  One employee finished with his customer and walked into the back room where we saw 3 other employees.  We waited 10 minutes and left.  We will just call in our questions so.  Lousy customer service. I don't complain much but I had to on this case.

Store is always busy, so plan to spend a good time waiting. On a good note, almost everyone comes out happy.

Overall.... they have great customer service.

The first time I switched to T-Mobile, I was very upset with the representative that helped me out. I was charged a bunch of extras items that I did not sign up for. I called T-Mobile's Customer Service line and they were able to remove the extra fees and services. Besides that one experience, everything else has been great. I switched my mom onto my account and I will be switching my dad very soon.
