I'm very disappointed with this store. 

I called in and asked if they had a specific item in stock. The lady that I spoke to assured me that they did. When I got there the item was not available and they said if I want I can order it online. As if I didn't know that? They made me waste my time and for that I am not happy. Just two stars. I would give one but sometimes they do have what im looking for.

This store is awesome!  The people are super friendly and knowledgeable about their product(s). And if not, they are quick to say  so . Generally, when I visit the store, about 3 to 4 times per year, I'm looking for something specific. I walk in and within 15 minutes later, I'm back in my car.. I don't go around the holidays. It gets  too busy for me .

I had to drop off 2 of my laptops for updates and software cleaning. FIVE of your Geek Squad members assisted me in getting this resolved!!!  FIVE!! They were all knowledged in what was going on with my devices and all were congruent on the status. Eddie, Edgar, Tom, Noel and Stephen were PHENOMENAL!!!  How does Best Buy always manage to hire THE BEST humans at this location??  Great Job, girls/guys!!!

I had a bad experience with the check out girl during a non-busy time at Best Buy. I purchased an item at a $50 price tag that was the last of its kind. It was a water resistant laptop case and had an option cross body strap that was missing. I asked her if the item would be discounted for being incomplete and she made no attempt to find out if my request was possible. She did not even offer me a bag for the other items I had purchased making it a $100 visit. I felt very dismissed and did not feel as if Best Buy cares to build customer rapport. I will not return to this place of business.

Very (surprisingly) poor customer service experience. Perhaps it was just the supervisor I had to deal with (Danny). Usually Best Buy is great. I would go to any other location.
